ORDERING: We do not have a shopping cart system yet. Please completely fill out the order form on the Ordering link. All fields must be filled out or your order may not be confirmed or filled. Once you have submitted your order on our order form, please allow up to 2 business days for a response to your order in case you have ordered something that is out of stock. This will allow our distributors enough time to get back in touch with us for any hard to find items that may be out of stock.
PAYMENT: All prices are in US$. Visa/Mastercard are accepted through PayPal. All PayPal payments are expected within 3 days, or the order will be canceled. We also will accept a proper Cashier's Check (US Only) from your bank, U.S. Postal Money Order (US Only). Postal Money Orders are available at any US Post Office. All other money orders will be returned to the purchaser. All mailed payments are expected within 10 business days, or the order will be canceled. We DO NOT accept cash. Georgia (USA) residents add appropriate Sales Tax.
All On-Line Credit Card orders will be processed using PayPal. An invoice or payment instructions will be sent upon confirmation of order.
RETURNS: All returns must receive a Return Authorization from Athens Anime prior to returning or they will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. Items damaged during shipping are non-returnable and non-refundable unless Shipping Insurance was purchased by the buyer. All "sellable" merchandise returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price and will be deducted from the refund. If your order was paid for by using PayPal, your refund will be issued to you using the same service. ALL SHIPPING & INSURANCE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All return merchandise must be back in the possesion of Athens Anime within 30 days of your original purchase date. All returns, whether sellable or unsellable must be returned insured and at buyer expense. Thank You for your cooperation in this matter.
IN-STORE REFUNDS: When making returns on purchases at the Athens Anime store in Jefferson, GA., items may be exchanged only for exact same item within 14 days of purchase. Replacement merchandise may have to be ordered. If an item is no longer available, store credit in the form of an Athens Anime Gift Certificate/Card will be issued. All returns must be accompanied with the original store receipt.
PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS: All pre-orders and special orders are to be prepaid. There are many items on this sight that are in pre-order status. This means that I have received advanced notice of a products release. Thus, I am pre-selling it in anticipation of it's release date. There are usually "pre-order windows" associated with many products. This means that there is only a limited time that a certain product will be listed on the site. Once that time has expired, that product will most likely be removed from the site and not offered again (unless I have over ordered). Please, if you would like to order an item that is in pre-order status, do it when you see it. It may not be there the next time you visit. Remember, pre-order and special order merchandise must be paid for in full once ordered, no matter when the scheduled release date of the product is. You may or may not be billed seperately for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All customs, duties, and taxes for International orders are the sole responsibility
of the buyer. All International orders must be paid for
by credit card through PayPal at this time. All International orders please

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All packages will be shipped either US Postal Service Priority or UPS Standard . All shipping costs will include delivery confirmation. Foreign shipments will be mailed through the US Postal Service. Please use the following shipping rates to calculate your correct shipping charges for DVD shipments only. All shipping charges listed below are for the Continental US Only. All other shipping rates, including foreign, will be calculated and e-mailed back to you with your order confirmation. Shipping charges do not include insurance. Insurance is extra. All destinations will be notified of cost. (Please think about insurance. We do not give out Return Authorizations for items damaged during shipping.)
$4.85 (US) For the first item (this is for Single DVD's & CD's only)
$1.00 (US) For each item after the first (this is for Single DVD's & CD's only)
(i.e. if you order 3 DVD's, your shipping charge would be $6.85--$4.85 for the first item and $1 for each of the other 2 items)
All other merchandise are shipped at shipping/handling cost. You will be notified of total upon order confirmation.
